Admin Ranks of the Clan

Founding Member is either d4ngercow and Solokiller the original people who made the clan or a Leader that has served as a Leader for 10+ years.

Founders have designed the clan’s foundation and have anywhere of 24+ years of running alpha-Legion experience, this is a key role in updating rules and making sure other admins and the clan itself is in check.

Founders are the most trusted and make sure everything stays as it should as previously in the past.

Founder essentially have every job in the clan plus more but are not dedicated to that role unless it is Server/Website related, weather it was the security of the clan, relieving admins of their duty who are not doing them well or giving tasks to other admins and to help train them, this not an advisory role but can be respected as one, Founders are the guardians of the clan and bring ultimate order.

If any admin/member under a founder has been given an order from a founding member, it must be executed.

Founders have a large financial investment and time investment to making sure websites, servers and users are protected and safe and will not tolerate any breaches of rule conduct.

Some argue that Founders have too much power but see it this way, this is like a business or home for Founders that they have built, they have safely cared for the clan and eliminated threats to the clan for years, and trust only the Leader to safely deliver the system that was built to protect all of us and lead it, with some changes.

If you are getting issues of lack of communication or someone is not doing their job properly, Founders will put those users in check and re-evaluate the system.

The Foundation of the system can not be changed unless a founder plus any other Senior Admin gives the go ahead.

Founding  members can be retired Leaders of the clan, the requirement is 2 years of leadership service or a senior admin who has served as a leader for emergency purposes.

Essentially they are a Founder but a different version, reflect to the Founder infomation for more infomation on their tasks.

The Clan leader is the next in line rank for alpha-Legion after Founder, clan leaders organise who is in their admin panel and the community, someone who is more active than most users and has the same privileges a Founder does as an Administrator.

This is the most respected User in the clan, they will organise new game clans within alpha-Legion and make sure everyone is keeping up with recruitment and organise clan meetings.

There can only be one Leader.

Server Investigators protect the clan, its Admins, Members and foundation, the requirement to be a Server Investigator is to either be an active or ex Police Officer or have served at least 4 Years in a Military with the minimum rank of Corporal or equivalent of E-4 or above. 

 The big boss of the Support Officers, Chief Support Officer role is only for 1 member.
All Support Officers look to him for leadership and support, weather dealing with problems within the clan or directing people to an area of the clan to have those problems solved.

General Admins are the community admins of the clan, they help the Leader and Founders with other tasks and mentor and help organise other stuff in the clans that may expand the clan, such as recruitment or help picking out potential better members or even in some rare cases threats to the community that may harm alpha-Legion in the long run.

Though a Senior Admin, their responsibility is the same as a senior admin, but they have more of a casual perspective to help us communicate and improve the clan overall.

Faces of the community who lead by example.

There can only be four General Admins preferable from different regions, but exceptions can be made in special cases where we need the position filled.

 A Major Moderator is the chief of Moderators for their region or acting for all if there are no others online or if the other regions vacancy is open.

They help protect and keep this peace in the clan, honour the foundation and protect it.

Moderators report to a Major Moderator anything like drama or issues that maybe a problem before they become a bigger problem, Major Moderators maybe the filter before it goes to a Founder, Leader of Server Investigator.

Support Officers are the community admins of alpha-Legion, they have helped bring player information straight forward to the Leader and Founder to assist in the operations of the clan, they have played games for years and tend to mix with the community more than other admins or use to.

If members are lost or do not know what to do, these admins can direct them to the best place to go within the clan.

Moderators are the highest rank out of the Junior Admins and are the foundation of keeping a good community safe, they are literally the junior version of a Major Moderator but have a slightly different approach on their tasks.

Most people who have reached this rank have put some hard work in to help build the community in alpha-Legion.

Moderators have the right to correct Senior Admins if they are out of line and report them if they need to, if this is abused harsh action will be applied if a moderator goes rogue.

Sororitas Auxilium, in Latin Means Sisterhood Support which is our Female Support Officer.

Sororitas Auxilium takes care of female gamers in the clan and protects them, fights for their rights and makes sure their voice is heard.

Everything Support Officer applies to this role but with the honour of caring for the ladies in our clan, this role also has the rights and power of a moderator and can act as a senior in times of need or if they have reached a higher level in the clan.

A Junior Support Officer is incharge of all underage people in the clan, so anyone under the age of 18 is under the wing of this role.

Junior Support Officers  work directly with Senior Admins, work out issues and make suggestions to better the community in the eye of the young people.

They are essentially a Support Officer with Junior priviledges.

Captains are leaders of one or more of our teams for example, StarCraft, Diablo, Call of Duty, Counter-Strike or even World Of WarCraft.

They organise games, matches, times for meet ups online, and liaison with the Leader or Founders to help expand that department of the clan more for those games.

Lieutenants are Apprentices of one or more of our teams for example, StarCraft, Diablo, Call of Duty, Counter-Strike or even World Of WarCraft.

They are trained by a Captain of another team to help step them up or assist the Captain in that game, truly their second in command.

They help the Captain organise games, matches, times for meet ups online, and liaison with the Leader or Founders to help expand that department of the clan more for those games.

Trainee Admins are the lowest rank of the Junior Admins and the first step to becoming an Admin, this is the gateway if someone is stepping up in our clan and wants to become apart of the bigger picture.

Trainee Admin  must show utmost respect and set great examples to members, inspire them, show other members and admins they can shine as a leader.

These Specialist Admins are what you could say the heart of the clan and are very important to us, because these people have become some of the best members and admins in our clan today.

This rank help with the technical stuff with the clan like run music bots, servers, web design etc.

These ranks are an protected rank and hold somewhat a form of immunity to protect them for their work in the clan, only Founders and Leaders can impact this rank unless it is a Server Investigator matter.
